These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Finsary mobile application ("Finsary", "the App"). By creating an account or using Finsary you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Finsary is a personal finance tracking app that lets you record transactions, debts and installments, savings accounts and goals on your own device, synced to your private cloud storage. The App also offers an optional AI Chat feature, powered by a third-party AI provider (Groq), which lets you ask questions about your own financial entries. Finsary does not connect to any bank and does not execute any financial transaction.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Finsary. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
All financial entries you create in Finsary belong to you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. We do not verify, validate or audit your data.

Finsary is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing in the App constitutes professional financial, tax, investment, legal or accounting advice. This includes responses generated by the AI Chat feature: AI Chat outputs are for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, and must not be relied on as advice. We recommend that you do not act on these outputs for important decisions without independent verification. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Consult a licensed professional when needed.
The Finsary name, logo, design and source code are owned by the developer. Your use of the App does not grant you any right to reproduce or distribute the App itself. Your own financial data remains yours.
The App relies on third-party services (Apple, Google, Firebase, and Groq for the AI Chat feature). Their respective terms and privacy policies also apply when you use related features.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes inside the App where possible.
Finsary is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or financial opportunity arising out of your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified inside the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
